Module 1 traced a single order end to end. This module slows that lifecycle down, lesson by lesson, so you can actually work with orders -- reading statuses, verifying details, spotting exceptions, and writing about them clearly.

Here you do it at Everfield's operations desk: requests come in from Sofia and Maya, you inspect the actual order records, make the call, and produce the work they asked for.
