AI-Assisted E-commerce VA Work
An AI assistant can draft fast. It can't tell you whether what it wrote is true, and it decides nothing. This module has you decide where the assistant may help, keep customer details out of it, and check every claim it produces against the record before anything goes on.
You do it on a Wednesday: eight requests, a prompt to clean up, AI drafts to check claim by claim, and a QA record for Sofia.
Training instruction: Maya's AI use note in this module is written for this exercise. It is not Everfield policy. The AI assistant and every AI draft are simulated. Every order, message and record is fictional training data.
