SOPs & Daily Workflow
A written procedure is only as good as the rules behind each step. This module has you run Everfield's daily order-queue and inbox check, find where an old SOP would have sent you wrong, and send Maya a proposed revision that names the rule behind every step.
You do it on a Monday morning: nine items in the queue and inbox, an SOP left by last week's VA, and three new cases to prove your corrections on.
Training document: the SOP in this module is written for this exercise. It is not Everfield policy. Where a step disagrees with a policy card, the policy card is right. Your revision is a proposal for Maya's review, not policy. Every order, message and record is fictional training data.
